looks like i need to apologize again for not updating my blog quite some time. to tired to update and busy with squash/starving/sms. and also busy thinking bout my next plan. today is the 29th day of ramadhan which means i just need to starve for another 1 day and after that is raya!! yes its raya. time to get some money from my relatives and foes!!

anyway exam is just one month away and i am not prepared at all. looks like need to start studying and i must start now. so i cant enjoy raya that much. plus need to start training properly again after slacking for the past one month. my fitnes had drop so much and it is bad. need to start working for coming tournaments.

i will have a raya open house on the 1st october and cant wait to eat as much as i want again. k dadaw!!

sorry for not updating my blog for quite long. was busy with squash and tired with puasa which today is the 14th day and it meand i need to fast for another 16 days. not bad rite?? anyway this few days had been nice although one of my friend still dont talk to me. wonders when it will change. and the worst part is that person now is very rude and scold my best friend with a few bad things. hope that person will realize that the stuff she did is very bad and need to change fast before people start to hate that person.

anyway for liverpool fans, dont get to excited after beatin man utd cause that doesnt mean they gonna win the title.liverpool were just lucky and will surely struggle after this. and for man utd fans, we surely gonna start winning once berbatov suit with the superb man utd formations.

so today i went to school again after one week holiday. very less people came today maybe cause still thinking its holiday. anyway last week was a boring school week. wake up late everyday and just online. then went to squash. trainin was nice except on friday. but everyday feel so lonely. and sad. then on saturday went to take my bike license which is also the license to REMP-IT. will need to take undang2 test next. anyway receive a bad news on saturday but know it wont be long and everythin gonna be alrite. and i feel i know that i just need to "LET IT BE".

tomorrow gonna be a public holiday for the whole penang cause there will be the biggest by-election ever in the history. anwar ibrahim gonna bid to be a mp for permatang pauh and then wanna be the next prime minister. a lot of people supportin anwar cause they want him to be the next pm but i think that had just proven how 'clever' malaysians are to believe in his ridicilous statement that 30 mps gonna jump ship to join him. k i think i gonna stop my thought on politic here cause dont wanna cause any trouble. k bye and i hope all my man utd fans mate will support them today when they play fulham.

hello everybody!! i am i switzerland now for the world junior. will b here till 8 august. i arrived here on friday and stayin in movenpick hotel. the hotel is so good!! stayin same room as azri. the weather here is quite hot and the sun set at 10pm!! thats a long day man!!
this hotel got computer which allow me to online. anyway i will be playin later at 11(swiss time) against a china boy and if i win i will play an english player. hope i can win cause if i lose i got no more match left till the tournament ends and i dont want that to happen.
k thats all i can write now and will update my blog soon. ADIOS!!!

i decided not to go for training for the past few days cause need to refresh my body and soul. and it was really a good decision cause now i am fresh and ready to train again. and i manage to finish up some of my homeworks which i have not done which is very important cause by doing my homeworks and notes, i can get my 20 marks for my next test.

there is nothin much really happen in the past two days so thats all i gonna say.

today will be the final of euro 2008 and my prediction is spain gonna win 2-1 against germany. cant wait for the final. anyway i will play 4th leg just because someone important ask me to. that person say him/her will be lonely if i dun go so i will go. pity that fella.hope with me going there that person wont be lonely and will be happy. i not setting any target although i know i can win cause my mind are not ready for that tournamnet. maybe this will be my last tournament this year.

holland is out

so holland lost to russia in the quarter final. a real upset since no one gave hope to russia to win but russia played very well and won 3-1 in extra time. so another pre-favourite are out after portugal and france. russia will play either spain or italy next in semi. my prediction is spain will win 2-1. this year euro is quite boring cause fans fav team england didnt qualify. pity them.

secondly i would say that i will be happy if ronaldo goes to real madrid cause man utd is not just bout him. man utd still can win without him. he is certainly a greedy person and forget bout all the good thins man utd had done for him. definitely he is nothin if man utd didnt buy him. he will still be playing football now in sporting if man u didnt buy him. hope he will be sold and the money can be used to buy other better player.

stupid shoe

k today i got jogging so i woke up at 7 and got ready for the jogging.as usual i am motivated for runs. so after packing my stuff, i went to the car. on the way while tying my shoe lace, saw my shoe's sole have come out. so i went back and wear nike shoe which is so damn heavy and the sole is so thick. cause of the shoe problem, went late for run and saw the rest of my mates have started running. allan ask me to run 7 laps and i am so happy cause thats not hard.

ran as fast as i could cause my legs started to feel so painful when i run. manage to finish my 7 laps in 28.30 minutes but could have run faster if i had used my regular shoe. now my whole body is pain. i also have a good news which is darenjit is interested to train again. that will be a good thing cause he will be a good number four after me, max and nicholas for next year mssm. currently our number 4 for next year mssm is quite hopeless. just hoping they will allow him to train again cause he is really talented.

hectic 1 month!!

sorry for not updating my blog for the last one month. actually i was so busy with tournaments and school exam. there was 3 big tournaments in during the one months period. i will tell u all bout how i fared in those tourney.

the first tournament was the milo all star. seeded 9/16. first round i met krishnan paul and beat him 3-0. played quite well. second round i played karan malik from india. met him last year and lost 3-1 so i thought of getting a revenge. played quite badly in the 1st set and lost 9-3. second set played better but stil lost then i won the third set. played so well in the beginning of fourth set. leadin 7-3 before let him off the hook and lost that set 9-7. damn it. so i am no longer in the main draw and need to plate in plate event. would not like to comment it further bout that plate event cause it sucks. just wanna say that i got second in the plate event.

the next tournament was the SUKMA!! the biggest multi-event tournament in malaysia. the tournament was held in kuala terengganu. went there by plane which take just 50 minutes from penang. stayed in UDM!! it was sucks. the room was like a jail.the place was dirty and smelly. luckily stayed with max and not other player. the first three days was like holiday cause i have no match. just flirt with girls during that time. JUST JOKIN! the individual event was won by nafizwan who beat elvin while the women event was won by wee wern who beat delia in a 2 hour match. wee wern really push to the limit and deserve to win. have full respect for her. than the next day was the team event. penang boys were unlucky to be drawn in the same group as terengganu and selangor. we lost to both of them and finish third ahead of sabah and pahang. since only the top two qualify for semi, we are out. terengganu won after beating perak in final while kl girls won beating penang in the girls final. after the final, we went to beach and had a memorable 'sotong' experience. if u want to know more, ask max. he knows better than anyone else. that night went for BBQ which was held by the terengganu team. we went back the next day with happy feeling.

the next tourney was the third leg held in bukit jalil. seeded 7. so happy cause didnt meet afeeq but at last need to play him again. 1st round i got bye then second round beat wei keen 9-6, 9-0,9-0. played an almost perfect squash in second set. 3rd round met kah wah. third time playing him in 2 months. played like idiot in 1st set. try to fight fire with fire. whack every single shot and lost 9-1. second set i slowed down the game and went 5-0 up. then he got a few points before i went 8-5 game ball. start to rush and does a lot of mistake. lost that set 10-9. in the third set i lost 9-3. didnt played all out in that set cause so sad losing the second set. in the 4th round played AFEEQ again. i played him in every single tournament i played this year. this match is the fourth time meeting him this year. played so well and won 9-4,9-4,9-2. was damn happy with the way i played him. played so smooth and mistake free. the last day i played hafifi who is top form beating marcus and elroy.does a lot of mistake in 1st set but luckily won 9-3. second set won 9-0 and last set manage to scrape a win beating him 9-7. so i end up gettin 5th. my best result this year. really happy with my overall performance and knows that i am not that far from those above me.

so that was the three tourneys i played. and now need to turn my focus back to study. will get my mid term result this week and not hoping to get prize this year after getting it in the past three years.

world junior trial

k i just came back from world junior trial in kl. went there on thursday with teng hin`s car. natasha and vanessa also followed in his car while jee nee and celine went with uncle tim (jee nee dad) car. depart at 2 pm. missed 2 exam papers on thursday. hope worth it.

reach kl at around 6 and went straight to the courts to check the draw but my godness!!! the draw was still not prepared. looks like this trial had been planned really 'well'. so went to the pearl hotel which i will be stayin. stayed same room as teng hin and andre kho and next door is afeeq's room. slept quite late at around 12.30 and woke up at 9.

had breakfast at a stupid stall. so expensive. one roti canai and milo ais was priced rm 2.50. then at around 11 went to court to check the draw but it was still not done!!! damn!! tired waiting for the draw so we went out to a funny nasi kandar shop. k this wat happen jee nee asked for mango shake but that man brought milo shake!!! then i asked for nasi goreng and that stupid fella brought maggi goreng!!! then teng hin ask for nescafe without milk but that idiot bring nescafe with milk!!! and jee nee mango shake got a hair in it (think the nose hair of the worker)!! then after eating went back to court and finally the draw was out.

all the 9 players in the trial was divided into three pool. the first pool consist of me, jo wen and andre. the second pool is mithran, afeeq and marcus while the third pool is kah wah, azri and elroy. played jo wen and lost 3-o. 9-4.10-8,9-3. played like chicken. never even had the intention to attack. just tried to pick up. i played that match at 4pm then at 7 played andre. played better and more dicipline. won 3-0. forgot bout the points d. next day jo wen beat andre 3-1 so i finished up second in the group. played a tired kah wah who had just played a marathon i and half hour match with azri and he lost that match 3-1. i played well in the first few ralies before hitting the ball to the centre of the court and making all the running and stretching. lost 3-0!!! no match on night for me but kah wah got. he beat afeeq 3-0.

next day i played afeeq. leading 7-4 in the 1st set but lost 9-7. managed to come back in the next three set and won 3-1. so the result of the players after the trial is 1st-mithran, 2nd-jo wen, 3rd-azri, 4th-kah wah, 5th-me, 6th-afeeq, 7th-andre, 8th-elroy, and last is marcus who pulled out after his second match due to injury. so by just getting 5th, my chance to be choosen for world junior is very slim cause only 4 is choosen. need to work harder cause all star and sukma is coming. need to prove my worth in the two tourneys.

hopefully i will be choosen to go for dutch and pioneer open which will depend much on the budget of sram.

busy weeks

wassup?? havent been updating my blog for more than two weeks cause i was busy with my midterm exam and daily squash training. training have been very hard especially all the courts run and drills. been praticing drop shots but still the same and i have world junior trials coming. hope during the trial i can play my best. the players in the trial are jo wen, mithran, afeeq, andre, elroy, marcus, azri, kah wah and me. really hard and i hope i can make it. k thats all. will update my blog soon after the trial and my exam.

k today got running. training after i came back from mssm have been quite tiring but i dun really mind bout that. no pain no gain!! let me tell u wat i did in training for this week.

monday i didnt go for training cause i need to refresh my mind and think bout my next plan in squash after the failure in mssm. then on tuesday i trained very well cause some one didnt come. for your information, tuesday is always the best day to train for me cause one idiot dont come on tuesdays. i trained with nicholas . improved my drives especially forhand. hitting the ball in front of me. then backhand i am hitting it slightly harder but still with control. then on wednesday i train with fukron an indonesian player who will train with us till june. he is quite good. he is tall and fit and volleys any lose shots.then after that, aaron ask us to do court run. i ran the 1st three set 23 laps and the next three 22.was quite fast and happy with it.then after that went to buy a new squash shoe. i bought an aasic shoe. quite expensive.

didnt train on thursday cause went somewhere. then on friday i got tuition but suddenly the teacher call me saying that he need to send his son to clinic so tuition is cancel. so i went to training with nicholas. played fukron. lost 3-2 but i played very well. trained my drops cause i know it is just match practice so i didnt really care bout winning. then after the match did some drill with fukron and brian before doing court run. AGAIN!!but this time i did just four sets.my first set was awesome!! i did 24 laps in one minute which is my personal best. but then after that set my leg is gone i only did 21 half for the other three set. quite happy with it and now aiming to do 6 sets of 23 by the end of august.

this is wat happen during saturday run. i decided to run slowly but then i dunno why suddenly i changed my mind and start to run like i am running in olympic. ran the first laps in a personal best at 3.45 seconds!!! then the second lap ran 3.47 seconds.then the problem start. suddenly my back is so pain. and i cant really feel my leg. decided to stop in the third lap but then continued to run till the fifth laps before stopping. my time was 19.38 second when i stop which the average per lap is sub- 4 minutes per lap. really regret that cause i think i acted like a sissy.

should have continued running and ignore the pain. think i am starting to get lazy. and it is the wrong time cause there will be a lot of tournament coming and must train harder and push myself to the limit. i will not do this again and this is a promise to myself.

mssm 2008

k it has been a while since i last update my blog cause i was so busy with squash and study. but now since my mssm have finished, i am quite free. last week was the mssm. penang send 4 boys and 4 girls for that tournament. we went with 7 officials!!!! that is an average of 1 official per player. looks like they dont trust us. we went on monday morning. me, max, nicholas and fakhrul are the boys who went for that tournament. fakhrul was not suppose to go but since brian didnt go cause he need to study which i think he will regret the decision (i will tell later why) so fakhrul get to go. the girls who went there were wee nee, slim, nessrine and yi lian. we went there using a 42 seater bus which means each one of us can take at least three seat. we went there around 8.30 a.m and reach crystal crown hotel at 2. this is the first time mssm have let the players be placed at 4 star hotel rather than hostel as usual.

after we rested for a while, we went to the courts to get used to it. played rather bad till someone came when all my shots suddenly so good. that person really bring good luck to me but i wasted the chance to talk to that fellow cause i try to buat mahal. so stupid!!! after that we went back to hotel and ate at a mamak shop nearby. the food was so awful and so scary to se a human flower horn there. the second day we went for the opening ceremony at stadium cheras. wear a funny suit which will even make the clown feel ashamed!!! stayed there for two hours to see some rubbish people talking and marching. then after that we went back to hotel and then went to eat at seksyen 14. wanted to eat at pizza hut but suddenly saw someone in pizze hut and changed my mind and ate mc donald. really regret that.

wednesday was the start of the tournament.i got a bye in the first round cause seeded second then beat a terengganu player in second round before beating aaraf in quarter. played very well although i injured my hand. then on thursday i played in the semi against elroy. played quite well in the first set and won that set. second set i manage to play well and the score was 7-7 when i do two stupid mistake and elroy won 9-7. third set was the worst of the all. elroy won the first two points before i won the next five. and guess wat!!! i lost the next 7 points straight. damn it!!! in the forth set i let elroy lead 5-0 and then i started to play squash but it was too late. lost 9-5. the refree is really a jerk!! will not comment further cause it could cause some outrage. then in the final elroy beat azri. elroy played well but still feel he played me better. anyway i am proud of elroy. really have improved and played with guts not like many more who dont even push at all.

in the evening was the team event. played sarawak and we won 3-0. i played terrinder... 1st set was really nice. he lead 8-5 before i manage to win 10-8. he was tired n the second set and lost 9-0. after that at 6p.m played pahang. nicholas lost before i manage to beat aaraf 9-1,9-1.played better than the 1st match played against him. max manage to beat ardy 2-0. he played really well and i am happy with him. someone must be proud of him. then the next day we played sabah and we beat them 3-0. so we were through to quarter. but looks like lady luck was not on our side. we need to play selangor in quarter. imagine this. the best team playing the second best team in early round. anyway we still played al out. nicholas lost to samuel 2-0 then i played azri.this match is wat suppose to be the real final match. zri agreed to play his best cause he say he think this match as the final match. i manage to win the 1st set 9-7 before losing the next two set. so penang were out. i was really sad and i decided to take full responsiblity on the team failure. i was angry with myself and decided to train after the match for two hours. manage to improve on my drops.hope my beloved coach will try to improve on my finishing touch cause it is awful.

so we went back to hotel with sad feeling. the final for the boys team event was between selangor and pahang!!! we beat them in quarter!!! oh my god!!! and for girls is between penang and kedah. selangor and penang won respectively. during the prize presentation i only got one medal while nicholas and max got none. was so sad when selangor took on the podium to receive the team event medal. really feel that medal was ours. suddenly there was a suprise. they announce that there will be a dream team comprising me, azri, elroy, hanjie and max!! while for the girls is nessrine, wee nee, siew foong, ann gee and sarah .

we will be sent to hong kong for hong kong junior open. damn happy and suprised. suprised cause didnt expect it and happy cause .... think u all know why! cant wait for that tournament. soon after that we went to stadium cheras for closing ceremony. low wee nee and elroy was choosen the best player for mssm. the ceremony was held for 3 hours. damn tiring. after that we went back to hotel and then went to midvalley till 10p.m. then after reach hotel played card with rashid my new friend and then lepak at kl room for a while before went back to room and talk to rashid till 5.30a.m. slept for a while and then woke up at 6.30a.m and then get ready to go back at 7. reach home at 2 and then play computer for a while before slept till next morning.k thats all i can rite.. oh ya the one bout brian. he must be angry cause he act like star and didnt play in mssm and at last didnt get to go hong kong. haha!! next time be humble and play all the tournament!!

k this is rafie bin SAHARI. he used to stay in penang and play squash for penang. now he is studying in sabah. he is a good boy and very independent. he stayed and studied in penang all by himself. i really respect that. staying in a place like penang alone is really amazing. now he play squash for sabah and might play in the upcoming sukma games. he is very friendly and have a lot of friends. when he use to stay in penang, he always come to my house and overnight there. all my relatives knows him and like his attitude. he always mix with the small kids and is not action. he is quite down too earth .

dont change the system

now there have been some talk bout changing the system of learning science and maths in english back to malay which was used before the year 2003. i think changing the system back to malay will be unwise cause students will have problem when they go and studies overseas. since english is the lingua franca in many countries, students who intend to study overseas will have less problem to adjust to the new learning system abroad. furthermore, more students are getting good results in their maths and science exam so i think studying in english is the best solution. although some people are complaining that science and maths in english are very hard, but they only make up of small number of people especially the malays and the bumiputeras in sabah and sarawak. other student are very happy with this system. if the ministry of education changes the system back to malay, all the hardwork for the past 5 years will be wasted. teachers who are teaching the two subjects will need to go for courses to get used to the malay system. this is very time consuming and expensive. so i think the ministry should not change the system and continue the system to make education system in malaysia on par with other countries.

sport day!!!

well sorry cause i didnt update my blog lately. mainly cause i am busy studying for my mid term exam next month. need to do well after horrifying result in my first test last month. k today is my sport day. skip my morning jogging routine to be perfectly fit for my sport day event which is the 4x400m relay. i am a wu lien teh which is the green house and have won the sport day for the past 4 years in a row. and this year we are aiming for a straight 5. i went to school slightly late cause my event is the last event. went there and saw some of my friends and also my competitors. most of my competitors have utmost respect for me although i am slow this year. they keep saying that my team will surely win cause i am in the team. i didnt care bout all that praise cause i dun want to lose focus. so i went to my green house tent and talk with my teammates bout our strategy. so the strategy is to make me the second runner while sarvin who is the fastest as the last runner. my event is at 5.30 so i ate a burger first. then went to talk to my friends and support some of my green house mates who is running. then after that watch band performance. then after that was my event. we got the first lane. ooi who is the first runner ran quite slow and when he pass me the baton, we were fourth. then as soon as i got the baton, i ran as fast as i could. i overtook all the runners in front of me and was first till the last 100 meter before a yellow house runner overtook me. a red team runner tried to overtake me as well but i manage to run faster than him before passing the baton to jude benedict. he is quite fast and by the time he passes the baton to sarvin, we were almost 30 metres ahead of the second team. then sarvin ran so fast that we finish 50 metres ahead of the second team which is the red team. i celebrated with my teammates and we receive the gold medal with proud and honour. then the closing ceremony was held. red team was choosen as the best marching team and the best tent decoration. then for the best sportsman award, a blue team runner won it for class 3. sarvin won the class 2 sportsman as well as the best athlete for the sport day cause he broke the school 800metre record. green house won the best team for the sports day. this is our fifth consecutive title and we aiming for more in future time. i hope i will be choosen as the house captain next year cause i know i am capable to lead wu lien teh to a greater height.

2nd leg

well i didnt update my blog for the past one week cause i went to pahang for the 2nd leg of the sportexcel. iwent there on thursday and played my first match on friday. i played with afeeq in the first round. what a match it was. a five setter match which last more than 1 hour. i won the match after hitting him and got a stroke in the last point. i won the fifth set 9-7. then the second match i played kah wah. the first set i lost 9-5 and the second and third set i lost 9-2. ii was very sad after the match cause i had injured kah wah's leg which cause him the match against azri. i really feel that i was to be blame for that. i hope he will recover as soon as possible. then i played marcus in the afternoon. lost 3-0. played so badly that i decided not to think bout that match at all. played like a piece of jerk. lost 9-0 in the third set. then in the last day played andre. won the first set 9-1 then lost the next three set. the main reason is he changed the pace of the game i still played like the normal pace. then i also lost my source of motivation after the first set. really need to improve cause all my opponent have improved really much especially azri. need to catch up with them and cannot be left behind. need to improve the sharpness of my shorts and be react faster to my opponents shorts. mssm coming in 2 weeks time. not aiming too high just hoping the draw is good and can enter the semi and also too help my team win the under 18 team event.

this is ivan@bamboo. he is a squash player and have played for penang several time. he is 17 this year and is studying in sri pinang. he use to study in my school before moving to sri pinang. he is a part time coach and is a good coach. he is a man utd fan. he likes a girl but i will not tell who it is but i can give a clue. the clue is a crow like that girl too.

we have been shocked with the released of the movie "fitna". this movie which is created by dutch member of parliament Geert Wilders. this movie have caused outrage among muslims around the world. the released of this movie really shows how disrespect wilders is to muslims. he is trying to be a smart alex without knowing that he is the number one target to the al-qaeda terorrist. i think everyone should show respect to other religion and sensitivity. this kind of fool act should not be done. the consiquences of this act is really devastating to the dutch economy. some muslim countries are starting to boycott dutch products. some of well known dutch products are Shell, Philips, and Dutch Lady. imagine all the muslims in the world boycott dutch product, then the dutch will be in trouble. their economy gonna fall down. the health ministry had even cancelled all the purchase of medicine from dutch. this havoc is all because of the idiot name wilders who is an atheis(no religion). i hope no one will do this stupid thing again. and for the muslims, dont try to get a revenge and do a movie bout other religion which can cause outrage as this will cause a worse consiquences.

this is nicholas aka pakau. he is 16 years old . he plays squash and is my training partner. we always train together everyday with a crow!! he is studying in the same school as max ong and both of them are classmates. he is a man utd supporter too( looks like all my friends are man utd fans). he is very good in squash. he is very skillful. he is very fast even though his body got 20.6% fat. he works as a part time coach as well. he is earning quite a lot in his age. he got a brother name ryan who is very good in squash too. (i will talk bout ryan next time) . both of us have a common thing which is anti-crow. our aim is too beat that blady crow as soon as possible. so both of us have trained really hard and the time will come soon. this week he will be going to pahang for 2nd leg of sportexcel and his aim is to win that tournament. i am really sure he will achieve it. he is a goodboy and dun think or talk bout girls. thats why a lot of girls like him. k thats all i can write bout him. adios and wait for my comment bout other friends.

this is ryosei kobayashi. he is a japanesse and is training in penang. he is very skillful in squash and have a great future if he start to train harder and listen to his coach. he took a set off me last week. he have improved a lot this year. anyway he is quite funny and love to watch "movie". he is friendly and a lot of girls like him. he hates caras which mean crow.( i dont know why a lot of people hates crow). he is currently in japan for a tournament and will be back on 1st of april. thats all i can write bout him.

so yesterday man utd played with aston villa. before that arsenal luckily beat bolton after trailing 2-0 and with 10 man. after the that match, man utd was only 3 points ahead of arsenal and man utd knows that 3 points lead is not enough. so man utd played with a full strength team minus van der sar. and from the start of the match they attack an attack. they had a few chances but failed to convert it. then the real bussiness start. ronaldo scored with a superb backheel. i cannot imagine how he can score like that. that goal really prove that ronaldo is a versatile player. after that then in the 33rd minute, tevez scored. even after leading 2-0, man utd didnt slow down the momentum and keep attacking.then in the 53rd minute rooney scored for the first time after 6 games.then in the 70th minute rooney scored another goal. that win for man utd really put them as the main contender to win the title. and with roma coming up next week, another 7-1 win will be possible.

the wrong system

well yeterday i didnt update my blog cause i went to stadium batu kawan to receive the Dermasiswa MSSPP 2007. i got rm200. yesterday the msspp olahraga was held there too. a lot of students went all out to win. i know that they have sacrifice a lot for this event. i am sure some of them had miss school, study time and a lot more just for that. but i think they have made a big mistake.they should know that the system in malaysia is more on academic excellence rather than cocuriculum excellence.students who have excel in sports and have decent academic result had been overlooked. some nerds who cant even carry 2kg dumbell and run like a slowpoke is regarded highly and can get scholarship and enter university easily. this system is wrong and should be revised. if this system is still continue to be use, we might not see any nicol david or lee chong wei in the future. our country also will not be able to be a sport country and our search for olympic gold medal will continue. students who are excellence in sport should be considered as an asset for malaysia and we should push them to improve and more place should be given to them to enter universities so their future wont be in hang. we should start and look at sports powerhouse like usa, canada, and australia which continue to help their talented youngsters. hope the new sport minister will look into this and plan what to do to help the students which are good in sport.

this is marcus yuen@ babi sundal. i guess u know why. he is a squash player and play in selangor.i know him quite long and i went to australia last year with him. he is quite funny. he is talented in squash and often been compared to amr shabana. he is man utd supporter. aiming too high!!

well today is my cross-country run at youth park but i didnt go cause i am lazy and tired. furthermore, i got squash training later at 4pm i dont want to tired myself and want to be fresh for the training. i need to train really hard cause there will be a tournament next week and i am aiming to get top 6 in the under 19. i know that the target is quite hard to be achieved but i will try my best and spring some upsets during the tournament. my preperation for that tournament have started quite good but everything start to look bad after my recent trashing by brian in the SAP circuit. i am still puzzled how i can play that bad!! i even lost a set to ryosei and almost lost to max ong. i hope i will bounce back and get back on track. i will try to improve my finishing touch as i cant finish off a rally. currently i am playing like man utd without ronaldo, rooney and tevez. i can attack but i cant score. i hope i will improve in that area and be a better player.
